25th New York in Bloom at State Museum
More than 100 flower displays will be on display as part of the 25th annual New York in Bloom at the New York State Museum in Albany Friday, Feb. 19, through Sunday, Feb. 21, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A market will be open in the main lobby 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday to Sunday, while supplies last. Light lunch items will be sold on the fourth floor, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday to Sunday.
Area garden club members, professional designers and floral enthusiasts will create floral arrangements that complement the museum’s exhibitions.
Activities will include floral design demonstrations and children’s programs.
Admission is $5 each day (cash only); children ages 12 and younger admitted free, accompanied by an adult. Proceeds benefit the museum’s educational programs for children.
