Author Kennedy presents slide show

“Old Albany Through the Eyes of William Kennedy’s Fictional Characters” will be the talk topic on Sunday, March 6, from 2 to 3:30 p.m., at the Albany Institute, 125 Washington Ave., Albany.

Kennedy, the Albany native and Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist, will deliver a talk and a slideshow highlighting historic settings that have been featured in his work — and “the ways in which his characters inhabit Albany’s buildings and streets.”
The talk is free with museum admission: $10, general; $8 for seniors and students with ID; $6, ages 6-12, free, younger than 6.)
