Balloon walk supports Wesley senior living

The second annual Balloon Walk will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3,  at The Wesley Community, 131 Lawrence St., Saratoga Springs.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Participants can walk a one-mile or quarter-mile course, collecting colorful balloons along the route to create a parade of color. A hot-air balloon will be on display. A barbecue will be featured 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and photos, a bounce house, glitter art and face painting will be available.
Participation is $25, $15 for kids 12 and younger and include the barbecue meal. To participate in the walk only, adults pay $20 for adults, kids pay $10. Barbecue tickets cost $10, $8 a child. Funds raised through the event will support the renovation project currently under way in the Springs Building at The Wesley Community.
The Raindate will be Sunday.
