Butterfly sanctuary opens at Beacon Pointe

The grand opening for the Beacon Pointe Butterfly Sanctuary is planned Thursday, June 12, noon to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m., at Beacon Pointe Memory Care Community, 1 Emma Lane, Clifton Park.

A butterfly release and presentation by Stephen Bowman, Peregrine Senior Living president will be featured.

A buffet lunch from noon to 2 .m. and wine, beer and appetizers from 4 to 6 p.m. are also part of festivities.
