Equestrian education for adult clients
Therapeutic Equestrian Program (STEP), is offering a four-week sensory experience with horses at its S.T.E.P. Barn, 240 Maura Lane, Schenectady. The non-mounted introductory program is for independent adults ages 18 and older in fun-filled educational sessions. Open registration begins Jan. 15 and is ongoing.
Professional instructors will guide the classes with topics including horse safety, non-verbal communication, grooming, tacking, amd horse handling. Beginners and seasoned equestrians who love being with horses are welcome. For information on fees, call 518-374-5116.
