Essential oils are wellness center class topic

Learn about essential oils with Dawn DuBois on Thursday, June 5, 6 to 9 p.m,  at Tranquil Spirit Wellness Center, 1744 Route 9, Castleton-on-Hudson.

This month’s free talk is   about how essential oils are made  and  can be incorporated into your life. Sharing of oils will be included, learning games with prizes, and success stories with the oils.
The first hour  presentation on essential oils and how they are made will be followed the second hour with chats about essential oils and how they are helping us, our families and our pets. Come, bring a friend or two.

Visit  http://www.tranquilspiritwellness.com/.

The center offers classes and therapies to guide you in your path to healing and self discovery. Relax and watch the birds and butterflies in the meditation and wildflower gardens. Give back to the community by adopting a cat through CAPP on one of our adoption days or purchasing books (or donating them:) to the on-going gently used book sale held in our lobby; all proceeds will be donated to a different local charity each month. Our gift shop is home to items created by local artisans from around the Capital District.

For information, e-mail Laura Petersen, president and NYS licensed massage therapist, at Laura@TranquilSpiritWellness.com/.
