German cooking classes at Celtic Hall
Join Chef Kurt Vincent for a seasonal cooking class, “Christkindlesmarkt,” on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 6 to 8 p.m., in the commercial kitchen of the Celtic Hall, 430 New Karner Road, Colonie. Cost is $25, or $20 for International Center members. Registration is required at 518-708-7608.
Brought back by popular demand, participants will join the former state Executive Mansion chef for an entertaining evening of sampling and instruction on the wonderful foods available at the Christmas markets of Nuremberg, Germany.
