Guardian Society offers age-related talks
Free educational programs on aging-related topics will be presented by the Albany Guardian Society Institute, 14 Corporate Woods Blvd., Albany.
Topics are: Tuesday, May 10, noon to 1 p.m., Gizmos and Gadgets: Handy Devices to Help Caregivers; May 10, Eldercare GPS: Navigating the Maze of Available Services; Wednesday, May 11, What in the World is Facebook?, 9 to 10:30 a.m.; Thursday, May 12, Lifestyle Choices for a Healthy Heart, 1:30 to 3 p.m.
Also, on Wednesday, May 11, Container Gardening for Seniors will be offered from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Capital Roots, 594 River St., Troy.
