Homeopathy series at Guilderland library

The Practice of Homeopathy: A Special Series,” highlights the importance of the mind-body connection in healing, will be held Thursdays at 7 p.m. at the Guilderland Public Library, 2228 Western Ave., Guilderland. Register for these events at 518-456-2400, Ext. 2, or visit http://www.guilpl.org/.

Events in the series:

March 24, “Introduction to Homeopathic Medicine.”

April 28, “Homeopathic Self-Care and Examples of Chronic Care.”

May 26, “Principles of Holistic Philosophy and Practice.”

Homeopathic medicine is a 200-year-old holistic healing art and science, with principles which teach the nature of health and illness and the importance of the mind-body connection.

Learn practical first-aid tips that can be used at home for common ailments with Dr. Larry Malerba, DO, DHt, author of “Green Medicine” and “Metaphysics & Medicine” whose practice is in Guilderland. Mary Malerba, RN, graduated with highest honors from Maria College, Albany, and has more than 20 years of homeopathy experience.
