Inflammatory Bowel Disease seminar topic
Living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis) will be discussed Saturday, April 2, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Albany Marriott, 189 Wolf Road, Albany. Cost is $15 per person (breakfast and lunch included).
Aixa Toledo, M.D., will speak on rheumatologic issues that arise in IBD patients and available treatments.
Jean Buhac, M.D., will address dermatologic issues that arise in IBD patients and available treatments.
Keynote presentation by Scott B. Snapper, M.D., Ph.D., will be on new advances in understanding the cause of IBD and available medications for pediatric and adult IBD patients, and new therapies on the horizon.
Patient panel presentation, Living with IBD, is planned.
