Jewish Food Festival in Schenectady

Enjoy a taste of Jewish culture at the 12th Annual Jewish Food Festival on Sunday, March 22, from noon to 3 p.m., at Congregation Gates of Heaven, 852 Ashmore Ave., Schenectady.

Brisket, matzah ball soup, kugels, knishes, gefilte fish, chopped liver, latkes, mandelbrot, rugelach and hamantashen, all prepared by congregants, will be available.

Local restaurants and caterers including Price Chopper, Gershons and Homestyle Caterers will supply other food.
There will also be a silent auction and activities for children.

Tickets are $15, $5 for children ages 13-17 and free for children 12 and younger.
