Libraries add Mango language programs

If learning a foreign language is on your new year’s list, then give Mango Languages a try. The easy, self-paced language learning program with more than 70 language courses is offered by libraries in the Upper Hudson Library System.

For example, visit http://www.bethlehempubliclibrary.org and click on the Mango Languages icon on the home page. Create an account using your email address then get ready, set, learn.

Available courses include Italian, Chinese, Biblical Hebrew, Scottish Gaelic. There are 17 English as Second Language courses, plus mini-course like Pirate, Medical Spanish and romance courses.

Learn practical vocabulary with pronounciation demonstrated by native speakers. Hear words both at conversational speed and slowed, easier-to-understand speed.
