Mental Health Players seeking volunteers

The Harriet Comfort Mental Health Players group is offering free, one-day training for volunteers interested in helping people in the community on Saturday, Nov. 14, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Capital District Psychiatric Center, 75  New Scotland Ave., Albany, Classroom #38.  Bring ID.

Learn a technique while incorporating your own creativity, using role-playing and audience interaction to address important issues such as mental health, addiction, family, employment, housing, etc. No acting or improvisation experience is required. Reserve a place by Monday, Nov. 9. Call 650-8383 or 366-7900.

Bring a brown bag lunch or get lunch on your own.
