Social Security information session at library

A free Social Security information workshop for pre-retirees ages 55 and older will be held Thursday, Oct. 26, at 6 p.m.  at the Sand Lake Town Library, 8427 Miller Hill Road, Averill Park.
Topics to be discussed: Best time to claim benefits, survivor benefits, recent changes in legislation and how they will impact benefits, and why Social Security is crucial to women.
The workshop will be presented by Retirement Solutions.
Registration is required. Light refreshments will be served.
