Ten Broeck Mansion hosts holiday gala
The first Holiday Gala will be hosted Thursday, Nov. 19, at 6:30 p.m., by Ten Broeck Mansion and
the Albany County Historical Association at 677 Prime in Albany.
Honored guest for the evening is Paul Grondahl, author and Times Union reporter, as well as honorary committee members.
Reservations are required; tickets are $100 per person.
Ten Broeck Mansion, a country home, was built in 1798 by Abraham Ten Broeck and his wife, Elizabeth Van Rensselaer.
Since 1947, the Albany County Historical Association has maintained the property. Money raised at the gala will help preserve the historic landmark.
