Tour private gardens in Rensselaer County

Visit private home gardens and learn from fellow gardeners during the  drive-it-yourself tour on Thursday, July 7, 4 to 8 p.m., presented by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County.

Garden Tour 2016 in Greater North Greenbush features 10 homes with container ideas, rain gardens, dry stream beds, raised beds, vegetables, gardens with an Asian aesthetic and much more.

Admission is $10 per person, or $30 per car for three or more people.

Maps will be sold from 4 to 7 p.m. on July 7 at Pat’s Barn, Rensselaer Technology Park, 110 Defreest Drive, Troy.
