Volunteers with Community Caregivers

Make a difference this summer with Community Caregivers.

Volunteer orientation dates are Tuesday, July 7, at 1 p.m.; Thursday, July 23, at 10 a.m.; Tuesday, Aug. 4, at noon; and Monday, Aug. 17, at 5:30 p.m.

All orientations are held at 2021 Western Ave., Albany.

Community Caregivers is a volunteer organization that provides transportation, friendly visits, respite for family caregivers, shopping assistance, prescription pickup, telephone assurance calls, help with meal preparation, and paperwork and chores as needed. Volunteers provide non-medical services at no charge to residents in Bethlehem, Guilderland, Altamont, New Scotland, Voorheesville, Berne, Knox, and the city of Albany.
